Premier Kitchen Cabinets warranties its cabinets, drawer slides, and soft close hardware to be free from defects in material and workmanship assuring you the consumer that the product received is free from damage at receipt. Within 15 days of receipt please inspect the received products and report any discrepancies. This is especially critical for any box that appears to have been damaged during transportation. Please include photos of the damaged box and product in your report. To report damage (dents, scratches, cracked, warped wood, etc.) issues please e-mail or contact customer support at 980-385-4210. Based on the complaint we will provide you with a form and additional direction on how to proceed. Minor touch up and adjustments, installation damage or improper storage (moisture) are not covered under this warranty and return of the damaged item may be required to confirm the damage. PCK Warrantied items are for product replacement or repair only and do not include transportation costs or labor required to assemble, disassemble, uninstall or reinstall the defective item.Customer satisfaction is a primary goal at PCK, if in doubt please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care representatives with your concern.
