Within 15 days of receipt please inspect the receivedproducts and report any discrepancies. This is especially critical for any box that appears tohave been damaged during transportation. Please include photos of the damaged box andproduct in your report. To report damage (dents, scratches, cracked, warped wood, etc.) issuesplease e-mail or contact customer support at 980-385-4210.Based on the complaint we willprovide you with a form and additional direction on how to proceed. Minor touch up andadjustments, installation damage or improper storage (moisture) are not covered under thiswarranty and return of the damaged item may be required to confirm the damage.
